“EXCELLENT KITCHEN REFURBISHMENT
We have known Fabian for 10 years now for jobs like fitting a new boiler, new shower pump and taps so we knew what a total professional he is. We had been let down by someone who was going to do our kitchen when I discovered Fabian did kitchens as well! I’m so glad we were let down to be honest because had we have known we would not have gone anywhere else! We have a medium sized kitchen and the whole project was completed in two and a half weeks, this included closing a hatch, plastering, fitting, painting, flooring and electrics. Whilst Fabian does not do all of the work himself, he uses excellent personnel to complement his team. Joe and Josh did an amazing job fitting the kitchen cupboards, oven and hob and were a pleasure to have around. The reason why you should choose Fabian to fit your kitchen is because of how Fabian is as a person. From the fair price of the job, his excellent work ethic, the way he conducts himself in a professional yet caring manner, his helpful suggestions, keeping you informed as the project progresses, I could go on and on! This young man is a gem and we couldn’t recommend him more highly!”

“Pressurised water system and boiler.
Fabian initially installed a sealed mains pressure water system for us last year (2025) which we were delighted with. When our boiler failed on Christmas Eve we had no hesitation in calling him on 27th December to see if he could call to identify the problem and advise on a solution. He was with us within an hour and having confirmed that the boiler - over 25 years old - was not repairable, we agreed with him to replace it with a new pressurised boiler that was compatible with the recently installed water system. We also asked him to install thermostatic valves on all radiators throughout the house. The whole of the installation was completed by 31st December. Fabian provided a very competitive quotation, turned up on time as agreed and left the house spotless. We cannot recommend him highly enough and would not hesitate to use him again.”

Fabian was a pleasure to deal with, from initial contact via the Worcester Bosch website, the first visit, very knowledgeable and provided a number of options. Administration and speed of replies were very fast. Fabian was both personable and professional with great communication. He provided a detailed assessment of the work needed and was able to replace the boiler within 72 hours. The work was carried out and completed within the day arranged. He also carried out a gas safety check. Aftercare very good with the documentation received promptly. Great work, quickly provided an estimated cost and was able to fit us in to complete the work the following Friday. All completed in one day, protected stair carpet and was very tidy at all times. We were very pleased with the whole aspect of the installation. I would thoroughly recommend as we were recommended to use and certainly don’t regret it one bit. He also provided the valid reason that we should have a system boiler rather than a combi boiler as using taps whilst showering would cause a drop in pressure unless a larger than 15mm main pipe was put into place due to water flow rate (not pressure 1 to 1.5 BAR) thus we saved having to have the drive way dug up.”

“Excellent, efficient boiler replacement.
Fabian was professional and efficient from the first contact. He created the quote very quickly and explained everything thoroughly. The work was carried out exactly as promised and he was completely professional throughout. He is a tidy worker and there was minimal disruption (as I was working from home and managed to carry on perfectly well). I am very happy with the installation of the boiler and all of the other works that he carried out including piping and brilliant brick work to make good the previous flue hole. He responded quickly to all communications and quickly and efficiently answered all of my enquiries. I cannot recommend him highly enough. As the installation was carried out during Covid lockdown I would also like to add that he was careful with distancing and I felt comfortable and confident all the way through.”

I needed a new boiler as my 25 year old boiler had broken down and was beyond repair, so I was without heating or hot water. Fabian replied to my initial email very quickly, coming within a few hours on a Sunday to survey and then quote the same afternoon. The work was then completed very efficiently by the following Wednesday. The price was very reasonable and compared favorably to others quotes that I had received. I had two big jobs, a new hot water cylinder and a new en-suite bathroom. Parisi Heating and Plumbing came quickly to quote for both jobs and offered a clear answer to the many questions I had. I was very pleased with the quote process and the work started quickly after acceptance. The work was completed to a high standard, I was consulted when decisions were required and carpentry, electrician and the tiler were all organised for me and coordinated well. Fabian was very clean and tidy whilst working and very considerate of us all working at home, including the kids being around. The work finished on schedule and I am very pleased with the result. “Fitted Gas Hob
Engaging with Fabian was easy, fast to respond to request and work was carried out in a timely fashion. On the day of the installation, it was reasonably straight forward. Unfortunately the hob was a little larger than the previous one, but this didn't cause any issues and Fabian was equipped to make the hole larger there and then. No additional charge made. Parisi Heating and Plumbing were recommended to me by someone who had a new central heating system put in. Strongly recommend this company for a competitive and fair pricing and good quality of service.”

“I have been using Parisi Plumbing and Heating for about 12 + years now. Fabian has so much experience and knowledge and for someone the first time we used him was just starting out and was young but has expanded since then and covers so much more than plumbing and heating. Honestly you will not go wrong in choosing him and will always be happy with his work.
Over these 12 years he’s fitted two boilers (one in a flat that I purchased recently) He is also fitted two bathrooms and the quality of his workmanship is absolutely exceptional.
I first got Fabian in when he was recommended to me as in our main home we had a very large conservatory but the heating never worked, after using several other plumbers before Fabian was recommended every we used failed to get it to work. Within 30 minutes Fabian identified the problem and said to us it’s quite a simple fix. It will take around 2 to 3 hours and the problem is your main thermostat is in the hallway so once the house gets hot your conservatory heating shuts off so he suggested we’d put it on its own circuit and have its own thermostat. We decided to proceed and it worked fantastically and this gave us a 5 m x 7 m conservatory that we could use all year round.
We then needed a new boiler and he came and sat down with us and went over everything and brands of new boilers. I mentioned to him that we were considering having an extension above the garage to add two extra rooms and another bathroom and would the boiler be enough he said if you are planning that he would recommend going with a slightly more powerful boiler so that it was already in place and not have to pay for another One down the Line so we took his advice.
He’s also installed a new downstairs toilet / cloakroom and a new bathroom upstairs, again the cost were competitive and knowing Fabian‘s work we decided to use him and he was on time and in budget he quoted five days to do both that included ripping everything out including all the old tiles, chasing the piping into the wall to give us more space in both bathrooms re-fitting the new toilets and sinks and bath/shower and floor ceiling tiles, and they were transformed and looked amazing.
He’s installed a new boiler into a flat we purchased and he will be in the next year or so completing the bathroom there. But today came on the bank holiday to do the yearly service at no extra cost.
I cannot recommend Fabian highly enough the quality if he’s workmanship, his knowledge, cleanliness, pricing and most of all his honest and if he comes across the problem he keeps you informed so that you can make the decision and he’ll always try to give you the best solution at the cheapest option.
If you’re looking for somebody who is reliable, multiskilled and can cover all heating and plumbing as well as other things like air-conditioning kitchens and extensions then it’s well worth reaching out to Fabian. You will not be disappointed and Will not find A better.

“We recently had Fabian come out to install an outdoor tap for my elderly, disabled parents at the end of their garden. From the start, he was incredibly professional arriving on time to meet me on-site and immediately offering helpful suggestions.
He pointed out that adding a second tap halfway along the 75-meter run, near their greenhouse, would make things much easier for them. It was a thoughtful recommendation that no one else had mentioned. He also proposed installing a drainage tap at the end of the line to allow it to be emptied in winter again, something the other plumber we consulted hadn’t even considered.
The quote Fabian gave us was more than fair actually half the price of another plumber’s estimate and the quality of the work was outstanding.
We went out for lunch while the work was being done, and when we returned, everything was completed exactly as promised. You honestly wouldn’t have known he and his colleague had even been there everything was neat and tidy.

“Replacement boiler, central heating checks/radiator connections
After a fantastic experience with Fabian at my own home earlier this year, he was the obvious choice when we needed a plumber at my elderly dad's home. He visited to talk through all the options and provided a quick, clear and competitive quote. He completed replacing and relocating the boiler (including extraction through the roof), removal of tanks, checking and connecting central heating pipework and radiators very quickly - within 2 days. This was much appreciated as the works fell at a difficult time for our family and Fabian made it a lot easier on us. As always, he communicated everything clearly, answered lots of questions and gave us some solid advice to suit my dad's needs, even recommending electrical improvements and putting us in touch with an excellent electrician. Fabian didn't hesitate to return when we needed further advice on changing the TRVs and he was very careful to check if my dad definitely wanted the work, as it wasn't necessary. After my own experience with Fabian I knew he was a safe pair of hands but this care for an elderly customer just shows his level of honesty. “To review central heating system and to make good
From Bristol some 100 miles away I was selecting a local heating engineer in Farnborough for my late brothers house. Parisi Heating and Plumbing stood out as having some excellent reviews, was a Worcester accredited installer and gas safe registered, so I contacted Fabian and after an exchange of E-mails he managed to fit me at 10 am 19th September. Fabian was prompt and professional throughout, and diagnosed the problem as a faulty 3 way valve actuator. Within two hours the system had been drained the new actuator fitted, the system re-filled, fired up and re-checked. I was impressed by his attention to detail and informative approach which gave me total confidence in Fabian's business. I cannot recommend Parisi highly enough. Fabian is an experienced engineer and an exceptionally nice human being who cares about your situation, gives you time to understand the problem and then rectifies it promptly, enough said.”
